By downloading or using LingoCAN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What LingoCAN is

LingoCAN provides practice material for the TCF Canada exam: listening, reading, writing and speaking exercises with translations, model answers and indicative scoring. It is a study aid — we do not guarantee any particular result on the actual exam, and the NCLC/CEFR levels shown in the app are estimates for practice purposes only.

LingoCAN is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to France Éducation International, the TCF, or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Free and Pro access

The free version gives access to a limited number of exams and sessions in each competence. LingoCAN Pro unlocks everything and is available as an auto-renewing subscription:

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Promotional offer codes, when available, are issued and redeemed through the App Store, have no cash value, and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

The app's content (questions, audio, translations, model answers and vocabulary) is provided for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or scrape it, and you may not attempt to bypass the app's access controls or interfere with its servers.

Disclaimer and liability

LingoCAN is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including exam outcomes or immigration decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
